AI時代的身份揭露與認證
Identity Disclosure and Authentication in the Age of AI

在數位世界中，身份認證自始至終都是挑戰，從修圖照片到深偽影像，真偽難辨。進入AI時代後，問題更趨複雜，不僅生成式內容以假亂真，連網路互動對象究竟是真人或AI也難以分辨。當AI逐漸代替人類處理日常甚至政治參與等行為，其對社會信任與民主制度的影響絕對不容忽視。
本工作坊將探討AI時代下身份揭露與認證的原則與治理模式，並邀請多方利害關係人共同思考是否需要建立新的制度，以在創新與信任之間取得平衡。
