黃彥霖（豆泥） Yen-Lin (mashbean) Huang

Allen Lab for Democracy Renovation Policy Fellow, Harvard Kennedy School

Yen-Lin (mashbean) Huang previously worked at the Ministry of Digital Affairs, where he advocated digital public infrastructure projects such as the Taiwan Digital Identity Wallet. He is well-versed in international contexts in digital identity and open internet standards. Currently, he is a Allen Lab for Democracy Renovation Policy Fellow at the Ash Center, Harvard Kennedy School, and serves as an advisor to the Digital Identity Governance Group of the Digital Trust Association in Taiwan. Driven by a fascination with the deep structures of the internet and social networks, he left his medical career to dedicate himself to integrating the spirit of cypherpunk into Taiwan’s digital society.

黃豆泥，現為哈佛甘迺迪學院艾倫實驗室民主興革政策訪問學人，並為數位信任協會數位身分治理小組顧問，由於專注分散式科技與數位自主權，於2023年至2025年間任職於數位發展部，推動分散式技術的數位公共建設規劃，具體內容為數位憑證皮夾計畫以及開放網路標準，並參與全球資訊網協會（W3C）。曾任台灣行政院第四屆青年諮詢委員。現為以太坊基金會諮詢組織森友會（Silviculture Society）成員，提供區塊鏈之於社會發展的建議。並參與台灣網路治理學校 TWSIG，與 TWNIC 一同參與 ICANN 會議，目標為為新興科技尋求良善的網路治理方案。豆泥於 2022 年創辦台灣 web3 公民科技社群 FAB DAO，透過區塊鏈技術幫助台灣非營利組織行動，其作品曾於2022年林茲電子藝術節展出。現為典藏ARTouch數位藝術專欄作家及業餘譯者，書寫社會參與式藝術及數位游擊行動。
