Greta Wen holds a master’s degree in Journalism from National Chengchi University. Her career spans traditional and digital media, where she has worked across television, magazines, and online media as an editor, business executive, and strategic planner.

In 2018, she entered the AI industry, joining the Artificial Intelligence Foundation at the invitation of the late Dr. Sheng-Wei Chen. She played a key role in the operations and branding of Taiwan AI Academy, supporting the development of AI talent and industrial applications.

After Dr. Chen’s passing in 2020, she was appointed Chief Executive Officer and has since led initiatives to drive AI adoption in Taiwan, supporting enterprises in integrating AI solutions and fostering a broader AI talent ecosystem.

畢業於政大新聞系及研究所，曾任職多家媒體及多所大學及組織講師。2018年應已故榮譽董事長陳昇瑋博士邀請加入本會，進入AI領域，負責台灣人工智慧學校營運及品牌建立。2020年陳昇瑋辭世後，經董事會任命擔任執行長至今。

近年致力於推動產業AI化，協助多家企業導入人工智慧，並經營科技知識社群，與多所大學合作，合力建立軟體人才生態系。

與陳昇瑋合著《人工智慧在台灣：產業轉型的契機與挑戰》，為第一本從台灣產業角度出發的AI相關書籍。與台經院景氣預測中心孫明德博士合著《孫主任的經濟筆記》，多家企業主管策略讀書會指定用書。與《親子天下》編輯團隊合著《AI如何重塑教育》。
