Outreach & Partnerships Manager, Trust & Safety, TikTok

Ms. Soo Young YANG is the Outreach & Partnerships Manager of TikTok’s Trust & Safety Team. She collaborates closely with external experts in Northeast Asia to enhance TikTok’s safety policies and products across a wide range of issue areas, including youth safety and wellbeing.

Before joining TikTok, she worked as a Policy Researcher of the Korea Creative Content Agency under the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism (ROK), as well as the Socio-Cultural Affairs Officer of the Trilateral Cooperation Secretariat.

TikTok信任與安全團隊擔任外部合作夥伴經理

梁秀瑛經理目前擔任 TikTok 信任與安全團隊的外部夥伴經理。她與東北亞的外部專家密切合作，在多個議題領域推動 TikTok 的安全政策與產品改進，其中包括青少年安全與身心健康。

在加入 TikTok 之前，她曾任職於韓國文化體育觀光部所屬的韓國文化內容振興院，擔任政策研究員；亦曾在三國合作秘書處擔任社會文化事務官。
