國家資通安全研究院 經理 Manager, National Institute of Cyber Security

Wei Jan Ko is a government employee with strong technical and administrative experience. He has worked in several government departments over many years and currently serves as a manager at the National Institute of Cyber Security (NICS), where he leads the Data Protection Division. He has held important roles including Associate Researcher at NICS, Analyst in the Minister’s Office at the Ministry of Digital Affairs, and worked at the Executive Yuan under Digital Minister Audrey Tang’s office and the Hsinchu City Police Department. At the Ministry of Digital Affairs, he worked as a technical advisor to Minister Tang, helping build the ministry’s IT systems and bringing in cloud-native and zero-trust technologies to support government digital changes. He has worked on many large government IT projects and technology policy efforts.

Wei Jan Ko has a Master’s degree in Information Technology from National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University. His areas of expertise include machine learning models, computer vision and AI, government IT system design, and privacy protection policies and practices. He has hands-on experience in government digitalization and information technology applications.

柯維然為具備豐富技術與政府行政經驗的公務員，曾於多個政府部門服務多年，目前於國家資通安全研究院擔任經理職務，負責資料保護組業務。曾任職行政法人國家資通安全研究院副研究員、數位發展部部長室分析師等要職，並於行政院唐鳳政委辦公室及新竹市警察局服務。在數位發展部任職期間，擔任唐鳳部長技術幕僚，協助建置部內資訊基礎架構，並導入雲原生與零信任等先進技術，推動政府技術轉型示範計畫，參與多項政府大型資訊專案與技術政策推動工作。

柯維然為國立交通大學資訊學院資訊學程碩士，專長包括：機率生成模型、電腦視覺與人工智慧、政府資訊架構設計、隱私保護政策與實務等領域，在政府數位化與資訊技術應用方面具有實務經驗。
