陳培殷 Pei-Yin Chen

現任國立成功大學資訊工程學系特聘教授與成大醫院資訊室主任，並兼任成功大學計算機與網路中心主任。研究專長涵蓋 VLSI 電路與 FPGA 晶片設計、人工智慧影像處理與應用、資訊系統開發及嵌入式系統設計。

陳教授獲成大電機工程博士及美國賓州州立大學電機工程碩士學位，曾任成大電機資訊學院副院長及資訊工程系主任，具備深厚的教學與行政經驗。曾榮獲成大電資學院教學優良教師獎、李國鼎金質獎、產學優良教師獎及教學創新特優教師等殊榮，並多次帶領學生於教育部及校內競賽中獲獎。其研究聚焦於高速資料壓縮、影像矯正與 AI 應用，於多項國際 IEEE 期刊與研討會發表成果。

Professor Pei-Yin Chen is a Distinguished Professor at the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering, National Cheng Kung University (NCKU), and currently serves as Director of the Information Office at NCKU Hospital as well as Director of the NCKU Computer and Network Center. His expertise spans VLSI circuits and FPGA chip design, AI-based image processing and applications, information system development, and embedded system design.

Professor Chen holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from NCKU and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University. He has previously served as Associate Dean of the College of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and as Chair of the Department of CSIE at NCKU, with extensive teaching and administrative experience. He has received numerous honors, including the NCKU College of EECS Outstanding Teaching Award, the K.T. Li Gold Medal Award, the Industry–Academia Collaboration Excellence Award, and the Distinguished Innovative Teaching Award. He has also led students to win top prizes in Ministry of Education and university competitions. His research focuses on high-speed data compression, image correction, and AI applications, with publications in leading IEEE journals and international conferences.
