曾憲立 Hsien-Lee Tseng

Hsien-Lee Tseng began his research in digital governance in 2013. In 2017, he joined the Department of Public Administration at the National University of Tainan, where he teaches courses on political science, public opinion polling, and smart government. Currently, he serves as a researcher at the Taiwan AI Center of Excellence and as Deputy Director of the Taiwan E-Governance Research Center (TEG). He is a recipient of the Google.org “AI Opportunity Fund” and his recent work focuses on AI policy and international trends.

In terms of international academic collaboration, he has been an active member of the Digital Government Society for many years and has served as a reviewer for various domestic and international journals. He has also been a consulting committee member and has conducted commissioned research for several government agencies, including the Ministry of Digital Affairs, National Development Council, Ministry of Transportation and Communications, National Audit Office, and the Tainan City Government.

His main research interests include digital governance, AI governance, data governance, and sustainable policy.

 

 

曾憲立2013年開始投入數位治理相關領域研究,2017年開始任職於臺南大學行政管理學系,主要講授政治學、民意調查與智慧政府等課程,目前擔任台灣人工智慧卓越中心研究員、臺灣數位治理研究中心副主任,曾獲google亞太AI機會基金,近年關注AI政策與國際動態。

國際學術合作方面,多年參與Digital Government Society,以及國內外期刊審查工作;也多次參與數位發展部、國家發展委員會、交通部、審計部、臺南市政府等中央與地方政府機關的諮詢委員與委託研究。

主要研究領域包括:數位治理、人工智慧治理、資料治理與永續政策等。
