孫介然 Simon Sun

孫介然目前在陽明交大（共同）開設有資訊隱私法、人工智慧與法律、網路國際法、網路法、以及全球網路治理。其研究領域包括網路中介者責任、隱私、資訊安全、人工智慧、區塊鏈與太空科技。其網路治理以Elinor Ostrom 的共享資源理論與多中心治理為視角，並發表專章於劍橋、牛津出版社。

Simon Sun specializes in Internet intermediary liability, privacy, cybersecurity, AI, blockchain and space technology. His research on Internet governance adopts Elinor Ostrom’s commons theory and polycentric governance as its analytical framework, and he has published book chapters with Cambridge University Press and Oxford University Press.

Simon holds an LL.M. from Duke Law School, an LL.B. from National Chung Cheng University, and an S.J.D. from Indiana University. Simon is a Global Scholars Fund recipient at the University of Manchester.
