林常青教授擁有深厚的經濟計量訓練,專長於社會科學資料的分析。他不僅將這些方法應用於總體經濟預測,也深刻理解並體現以資料為基礎的循政治理之重要性。林教授曾擔任成功大學社會科學院「社會資料科學學分學程」的執行長,推動社會科學資料的應用與發展。林教授也一直致力於推動法律實證研究,利用各種演算法對大量法律判決進行分析,並了解AI治理政策。
林常青教授為美國密西根大學安娜堡分校經濟學博士,專長包括:法律經濟分析、法實證、計量理論、應用經濟、總體經濟預測等。
Prof. Chang-Ching Lin has solid training in econometrics and specializes in the analysis of social science data. He not only applies these methods to macroeconomic forecasting but also profoundly understands and demonstrates the importance of data-driven governance. Prof. Lin served as the Executive Director of the “Social Data Science Program” at the College of Social Sciences, NCKU, where he is dedicated to advancing the application and development of social science data. Additionally, Prof. Lin has been committed to the promotion of empirical legal studies, utilizing various algorithms to analyze large volumes of legal judgments, and is familiar with AI governance policies.
Prof. Chang-Ching Lin holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. His areas of expertise include law and economics, empirical legal studies, econometric theory, applied economics, and macroeconomic forecasting.
