劉昱均在網路內容管理相關的領域工作了10年多。
曾協助經濟部工業局處理線上遊戲內容分級、申訴和管理。2017年起，擔任了iWIN網路內容防護機構的執行秘書，負責有害兒少身心健康網路內容申訴、建立並輔導網路平台業者自律，推廣兒少網路安全。並於2023年擔任衛福部保護司性影像處理中心計畫主持人，負責性影像外流處理。
劉昱均為世新大學法學院碩士，是台北市電腦公會產業政策暨法治推動中心資安法律組經理，負責衛福部、通傳會、數位發展部等部會內容管理計畫執行。她的專業領域包括內容分級/管理、兒少網路安全、網路治理及推動業者自律。
June has been working in online content management for over 10 years. She has assisted the Industrial Development Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs, in handling the classification, complaints, and management of online game content. Since 2017, she has served as the Executive Secretary of the Institute of Watch Internet Network (iWIN), where she is responsible for addressing harmful online content affecting children and adolescents, establishing and guiding self-discipline among online platform providers, and promoting online safety for children and adolescents. In 2023, she has served as the project leader for the Non-Consensual Intimate Images Center under the Ministry of Health and Welfare, addressing and removing the unauthorized disclosure of intimate images.
With a master’s degree in Law from Shih Hsin University, June is the Director Manager in the Information Security Laws Department of Taipei Computer Association’s Industry Policy and Law Center, overseeing the execution of content management projects for various ministries, including the Ministry of Health and Welfare, National Communications Commission, and the Ministry of Digital Affairs. Her areas of expertise include content classification and management, online safety for children and adolescents, internet governance, and promoting self-discipline among industry.
