Reviews the current state of affairs regarding AI regulations across a selection of countries in the Indo-Pacific region concentrating on how the region offers a different approach to AI regulation as compared to the big three regulators of the US, EU and China. Issues will focus on how countries are approaching AI regulations regarding intellectual property, privacy, unfair competition, anti-fraud, discrimination, human rights and indigenous rights among other legal issue areas.
