張心玲(Karen)於神盾股份有限公司擔任副總經理，除為國際標準組織FIDO Alliance董事代表，Karen也同時擔任GDWG主席、MarCom Committee及Public Policy Committee委員；2021年5月向FIDO Alliance爭取成功，成立Taiwan Regional Engagement Forum並擔任會長，常時參與全球各式會議討論與決定。
於國內組織方面，除了原已擔任數年之資安委員會主席外，Karen也於2021下半年被選任為台灣資通產業標準協會理事。此外，Karen也擔任農委會開放資料諮詢小組委員、經濟部資通訊標準委員、TWNIC國際事務委員會委員、中央研究院資創中心TWISC計畫顧問，以及電電公會TEEMA資安委員等。
在加入神盾公司前，Karen服務於行政院科技會報辦公室、資策會與工研院等政府與法人機構達10餘年，於政府關係、研發法人和國際組織等均非常熟稔，目前也同時負責媒體關係。
Karen Chang serves as the Vice President of Egis Technology Inc., also the Board Representative of FIDO Alliance. She engaged herself to start the FIDO Taiwan Forum and given as the Chair in 2021. Aiming to lead and collaborate Taiwan Members, including government agencies and enterprises, to deploy FIDO as the main on-line identification and on the same level of global market. She is also the Project Consultant of Research Center for Information Technology Innovation in Academia Sinica, Co-Chair of BAWG, Asia PKI Consortium (APKIC).
She previously served for government agencies like Board of Science and Technology, Executive Yuan (Cabinet) of Taiwan. She maintains broad and good relationship with government.
Karen’s working experience mainly focus on government, think tanks, and international organizations for last decades. She is familiar with public policies on technology or internet challenges and impact. She is in charge of GR and PR as well in her current job.
