Grace Huang is a digital rights lawyer and the Legal Counsel at Amnesty International Taiwan. She holds a Master’s degree in Law from New York University. Her areas of practice are law and policy in the digital society and with a special focus on privacy, cyberlaw, data governance, cloud computing, and free software.

Before joining Amnesty, Grace developed the “Responsible Data Sharing Framework” as part of her privacy and data governance project at the United Nations Secretariat. To facilitate the Free Software Movement in the Mandarin-speaking world, Grace translated Guide to GPL Compliance for the Software Freedom Law Center.

Besides devoting to public interest lawyering, Grace gained industry experience in the technology sector when she served as a Privacy Counsel at a multinational tech company and a Data Governance Specialist at an AI & Cloud Computing start-up.

黃寬心律師為紐約大學(NYU)法學碩士,現職為國際特赦組織台灣分會的法務。身為數位人權律師,她的專業領域涉及數位社會的法律與政策,例如數位隱私、科技法、資料治理、雲端運算及自由軟體運動。

在加入國際特赦組織之前,黃寬心在聯合國總部科技政策處撰擬“Responsible Data Sharing Framework”。為了協助增進自由軟體運動在華語地區的影響力,黃寬心在哥倫比亞法學院協助將Software Freedom Law Center(自由軟體法律中心)經典著作Guide to GPL Compliance翻譯為中文版。

在投入公益法律服務的同時,黃寬心也對科技產業實務有所涉獵。黃寬心曾經擔任跨國科技公司的法務(專職個資隱私法律),並曾經在人工智慧與雲端運算的新創企業中擔任資料治理師。黃寬心曾經服務於萬國法律事務所科技法律部(實習律師)。
