Adrian is Senior Manager, Policy & Advocacy at the Internet Society. He contributes to the organization’s policy development and advocacy efforts on issues affecting the Internet’s openness, global reach, trustworthiness, and security, with a focus on Asia-Pacific. He leads global engagement for the Internet Way of Networking project.

A former business and technology journalist with the South China Morning Post based in Hong Kong and Beijing, he found interest in technology policy and engagement in Asia-Pacific, having worked in organizations including the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) and Microsoft. He holds a Master’s in Public Policy at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at the National University of Singapore, specializing in economic policy and analysis.
