Dr Bill Ko leads the Systems Design Division in the Technology Group of Taiwan Mobile. He is responsible for the planning and design of the company’s networks across mobile, fixed, voice, IP, and transmission.

Trained as an electrical engineer with expertise in radio waves, Bill joined Taiwan Mobile in 1997 first as an engineer, but rose quickly through several managerial positions to oversee the company’s networks, quality control, tech support, and other functions.

Bill is an alumnus of the National Taiwan University, where he completed his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and an EMBA in Information Management.
