Nai-Yi Hsiao holds a Ph.D. in Public Administration and Policy from the State University of New York at Albany (SUNY-Albany). Since returning to Taiwan in 2000, he has served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Public Administration at Shih Hsin University, and as an Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Department Chair at National Chengchi University’s Department of Public Administration. He has also served as President of the Taiwan Association of Schools of Public Administration and Affairs (TASPAA).

His professional experience includes serving as Executive Editor and Editorial Board member for the Journal of Public Administration (TSSCI). He has also participated in committees and commissioned research projects related to digital government, open data, and data governance for various central and local government agencies, including the Ministry of Digital Affairs, National Development Council, and the Taipei City Government.

His main research interests include government information management, digital governance, AI governance, systems thinking, and policy simulation analysis.

 

蕭乃沂為美國紐約州立大學奧本尼校區（SUNY-Albany）公共行政與政策博士，自2000年返回台灣後曾任職於世新大學行政管理學系助理教授、政治大學公共行政學系助理教授、副教授兼主任，以及台灣公共行政與公共事務系所聯合會（TASPAA）會長。專業經歷包括公共行政學報（TSSCI）執行編輯、編輯委員，並參與數位發展部、國家發展委員會、與臺北市政府等中央與地方政府機關的數位政府、開放資料、與資料治理相關委員會與委託研究案。

蕭乃沂主要研究領域包括：政府資訊管理、數位治理、人工智慧治理、系統思考、與政策模擬分析等。
