蔡志宏律師曾任台灣士林地方法院勞動專庭、內湖簡易庭、民事第五庭庭長，從事司法工作迄今20餘年。擔任庭長前，亦曾任智慧財產及商業法院、台灣士林、苗栗地方法院法官，審理過賓士車燈設計專利、上市公司財報不實損害賠償等重大矚目案件。擔任庭長期間主要負責士林地院勞動調解團隊、內湖簡易庭特別調解團隊之建置與運作，並經常受邀擔任智慧財產、加密資產、勞動、網路等專業研討會之與談人與報告人。

 

Attorney Henry Tsai had served as the Division-Chief Judge of the Labor Court, Neihu Summary Court, and Civil Court Division No. 5 at the Shilin District Court in Taiwan, with over 20 years of experience in the judiciary. Before serving as Division-Chief Judge, he also served as a judge at the Intellectual Property and Commercial Court, as well as at the Shilin and Miaoli District Courts in Taiwan, where he presided over high-profile cases, including disputes over the design patent of Mercedes-Benz headlights and damage claims related to false financial statements by publicly listed companies.

 

During his tenure as Division-Chief Judge, he was primarily responsible for the establishment and operation of the Labor Dispute Mediation Team at the Shilin District Court and the Special Mediation Team at the Neihu Summary Court. He has also been frequently invited to serve as a panelist and speaker at professional seminars on intellectual property, crypto assets, labor law, and internet governance.
