胡耀傑

創辦人暨執行長 Founder & CEO, Turing Space Inc.

Mr. Yao-Chieh Hu is the CEO and Founder of Turing Space. He was selected for the 2025 Forbes 30 Under 30 and served as a Dialogue Speaker at the United Nations Social Forum in Geneva (2023). He holds a Master of Engineering in IEOR FinTech from UC Berkeley (’20), where he was also a Scholar at the Blockchain X-Lab.
Mr. Hu is a GGLI Fellow and Lecturer at Hosei University, as well as a Global Fellow at the Clinton Foundation. His professional background includes positions at Augmedix and J.P. Morgan.
He is the first author of three blockchain research papers, published in ACM MobiSys (Best Paper Award), IEEE DAPP, and the CPE Journal.

胡耀傑擁有三次創業經驗，現任 Turing Space 創辦人暨執行長，入選 2025 Forbes 30 Under 30，並於 2023 年受邀擔任聯合國日內瓦社會論壇與會講者。現為日本法政大學 GGLI 講師、美國柯林頓基金會全球獎學金獲選人。

曾任職於 Augmedix 及摩根大通 J.P. Morgan，並長期投入區塊鏈研究，相關論文分別發表於 ACM MobiSys（獲最佳論文獎）、IEEE DAPP，以及 CPE 期刊，均為該三篇論文的第一作者。

胡耀傑畢業於美國加州大學柏克萊分校 IEOR 金融科技碩士，曾獲選為 Blockchain X-Lab 學者。專長包括：數位身分、區塊鏈技術、網路公共政策、資訊安全、組織策略與經營管理等。
