陳譽文 Chen Yu-Wen

陳譽文為台灣大學政治學研究所碩士，曾任職於政府機關擔任研究人員。現為資策會科法所副主任。

陳譽文參與多項政府之科技法律研究計畫，並曾於一年內輔導超過20家中小企業個資管理制度。專擅領域包括人工智慧法制、資料治理法制、個人資料保護法遵，以及數位治理與調適政策等議題。

Ms. Chen Yu-wen holds a master’s degree in Political Science from National Taiwan University and previously served as a researcher in a government agency. He is currently the Deputy Director of the Science and Law Center at the Institute for Information Industry (III).

Ms. Chen has participated in numerous government technology law research projects and has assisted over 20 small and medium-sized enterprises in implementing personal data management systems within a single year. His areas of expertise include legal frameworks for artificial intelligence, data governance, compliance with personal data protection laws, and issues related to digital governance and adaptation policies.
