陳舜伶 Shun-Ling Chen

Shun-Ling Chen is an associate research professor at Institutum Iurisprudentiae Academia Sinica (IIAS). She also co-directs the Information Law Center at IIAS.

Shun-Ling holds an S.J.D. from Harvard Law School. She has worked closely with online collaboration and civic tech communities. Trained in both Law and Science and technology studies, her research interest include copyright, privacy, peer production, citizen science, community governance, platform governance, internet governance and data governance

中研院法律所副研究員、資訊法中心副主任，哈佛大學法學博士。

主要研究興趣為資訊科技法律與社會，包括著作權法、隱私權、網路協作、公民科學、網路社群自治、平台治理、網路治理與資料治理。
